Refunds & Exchanges

Before processing any returns and exchanges for either warranty replacement or refund, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to do so please submit an email to
Products purchased within 30 days may be returned for any reason (subject to a 15% restocking fee) provided that they are in new condition and complete with the original packaging. The items to be returned must be placed in the manufacturer’s packaging and then inside another box to protect it during shipping. Defective products may be returned at any time during the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please note that clearance / open box items are not eligible for returns for refund, but may be exchanged if defective.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please note that some manufacturers offer end-user support. We request that you contact them initially to determine if the device is defective. Many of these same manufacturers also process warranty repairs and replacements directly.
